#Red4Research 2025

Blogs, Research

On Friday 20th June we celebrated #Red4Research day. The aim of this special calendar day is to get as many people as possible wearing red to show their support and appreciation for everyone who participates in or undertakes research.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to highlight the incredible work that goes on in research, and the innovative treatments and systems that have come about as a result of R&D.

As a research project #Red4Research is a day which is close to the hearts of the UK MS Register, and the team proudly wore red, as you can see in the picture.

The Register also worked with their clinical partners to supply additional promotional items to NHS teams who were celebrating.

As you can see the research team from Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital, Margate, made a huge effort to mark the day. They carried out a trolley dash to all areas of their hospital and promoted some of the clinical trials being undertaken there. Their patients were happy to chat about the various studies, including the Register, and were able to enjoy some freebies to take home with them.

Thank you to Val, Tracy, Natalie and team for your support in promoting the Register!
