Congratulations to Sarah on Completing the MS Society’s May 50k!

 

The UK MS Register team is delighted to celebrate our Data Analyst, Sarah, who recently completed the MS Society’s May 50k challenge. 

Throughout May, Sarah along with her friend Bronwen, took on the impressive challenge of walking and running 50 kilometres each to raise funds for the MS Society. For Bronwen this was an especially personal challenge as her mum lives with MS:  

“I’m so pleased that I had the opportunity to raise money for two important MS charities. MS has directly impacted my family and therefore I know first-hand how important research into the condition is. The May 50k was a fantastic and rewarding way to raise funds and support those living with MS!” 

Thanks to their determination and the generosity of their supporters, the pair raised an incredible £768 for the charity! Such was Sarah’s dedication to the cause, she actually finished her 50k whilst on holiday in Mexico! Taking on a fundraising challenge alongside a busy work schedule is no small feat, and the Register team are incredibly proud of Sarah’s achievement. Her commitment has helped support the MS Society’s vital work for people affected by multiple sclerosis across the UK. Congratulations, Sarah and Bronwen on a brilliant achievement for a fantastic cause!
