The UK MS Register and the ECTRIMS 2022 Conference

The UK MS Register team is once again attending the world’s largest conference for MS Researchers.

We have a total of six academic posters that use UKMSR Data that have been accepted and also have been invited to present to the conference on late onset MS. Academic posters give a preview of what research is being carried out by research groups and are checked by multiple reviewers before they are accepted to be displayed at a conference.

We also have a stand which will allow us to show case the work we are doing and can do so that we can make new meaningful collaborations.

We will report back on how it all goes when we are there.

ECTRIMS aims to benefit people with Multiple Sclerosis by engaging professionals in the promotion and enhancement of research, learning and care.

It serves as an association of physicians and scientists particularly interested and involved in Multiple Sclerosis and holds annual meetings in rotating venues in different European countries.

It has evolved into Europe and the World’s largest professional organisation dedicated to the understanding and treatment of Multiple Sclerosis.

It is an independent, non profit organisation based in Switzerland.

The 37th Congress of ECTRIMS was fully digital and took place in October 2021. The Annual Congress is devoted to basic and clinical research and care in Multiple Sclerosis. It offers a programme of educational sessions, plenary lectures, posters and young investigator sessions as well as a chance to meet the experts. It aims to engage the interest of all participants and promote exciting, vivid and fruitful discussions.
